Job Description
You are an experienced professional with over 7 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, specializing in CSM, IRM, and the ServiceNow ITSM module. Your role will involve hands-on experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and expertise in either of the other modules such as SPM, CSM, and ITIL. You will be responsible for addressing technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow in HRSD and IRM modules and implementing integrations with third-party platforms. Your strong understanding of ITIL principles will be crucial in translating business requirements into technical solutions. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to thoroughly understand functional requirements and analyze clients" needs within the project context. You will play a key role in envisioning the overall solution for defined requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it. Your tasks will include determining and implementing design methodologies, coordinating requirements for application development, and leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts. You will also be responsible for creating, understanding, and validating WBS, estimating effort for given modules/tasks, and justifying them. Your role will involve addressing issues promptly, responding positively to challenges, and focusing on continuous improvement. You will provide constructive feedback to team members, set clear expectations, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs. Additionally, you will be expected to come up with solutions during code/design reviews and carry out POCs to ensure that the suggested design/technologies meet the requirements. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Your ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software features, and technical designs will be essential. You should also have experience configuring ServiceNow using scripting and mentoring team members to deliver high standards of work.,
