The role

The role will focus on backend development and people management. You’ll be responsible for delivering product features, developing backend APIs, and building data collection and ingestion services. Your technical expertise will shape our backend architecture while you lead and mentor part of the engineering team, driving both technical execution and team growth.

The team

Our tech team is based in Amsterdam, where most of us work 2 days a week onsite. We are a lean team of 15 senior engineers and 6 colleagues in Product and Design. Together we operate efficiently and pragmatically, where everyone’s voice is heard. We are rapidly scaling so there's plenty of room to have a big impact and set directions. Apart from a short daily stand-up we keep meetings to a minimum. We do a monthly tech-team social event on Tuesday evenings that you are welcome to join.
