As a Global Process Owner (GPO) at Lenovo, your key responsibilities include setting out process strategies aligned with business objectives, engaging stakeholders to drive process improvement, designing and mapping processes, evaluating and implementing process improvements, and conducting end-to-end control assessments. In the Create phase, you will focus on selling the vision of process improvement, mapping global processes, and guiding process improvement initiatives. During the Deploy phase, you will lead change management efforts, drive communication for process changes, instigate Project Management Office (PMO), prioritize key initiatives, align resources, and ensure adoption of changes by local managers. In the Operate phase, you will be responsible for ensuring process compliance and control, addressing requests for process changes, executing governance models, driving continuous process improvement, leveraging economies of scale, identifying root issues, and innovating the end-to-end process. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, entrepreneurship, self-motivation, collaboration skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential. You should have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Strategy Operation, Process Excellence, and preferably a consulting background.
