Job Description
The role in the Production Department requires you to focus on various aspects such as Laser Tonnage improvement, OEE yield monitoring, improving On-time closure of Production orders, ensuring Cut plates tonnage Adherence, and managing Laser cutting related tasks like CCSM Complaints, Incidents, and Employee Participation in Kaizen activities. You will also be responsible for Staff shift scheduling, monitoring Physical Stock vs SAP stock, Machine maintenance, Manpower allocation, Deburring section management, RM stock monitoring, identifying new suppliers if required, monitoring Laser Consumables, and performing OP Laser cutting. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Laser machine shop operations, proficiency in Lean Techniques, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, problem-solving skills, SAP knowledge, and experience in Team Management. The job is based in Coimbatore and requires a qualification of B.E/DIP - Mechanical with 5-7 years of overall experience.
