Job Description: We are seeking a creative and talented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet client requirements. You will collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless web experience for users. Key Responsibilities: Design, create, and maintain responsive websites with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). Collaborate with developers to implement designs that are both functional and scalable. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design concepts. Design web pages optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Stay updated with web design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Ensure designs align with the companys branding and style guidelines. Work closely with content teams to effectively place content that enhances the user journey. Create and maintain a style guide for web design projects. Optimize website designs for speed and performance. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and their application in web design. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal. Basic understanding of SEO principles and their impact on web design. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate design ideas. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
