Key Responsibilities: Experience and Portfolio: Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or a similar role. A strong portfolio of design projects demonstrating your expertise. Project Management and Research: Background in project management and the ability to conduct effective research. Design Expertise: Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Duties and Responsibilities: Understand product specifications and user psychology to inform design decisions. Conduct concept and usability testing, gathering valuable feedback. Create user personas based on thorough user research and data analysis. Define the appropriate interaction model and evaluate its success. Develop wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and expectations. Innovatively address UX problems, focusing on usability and findability. Collaborate closely with UI designers to implement visually appealing designs. Effectively communicate design concepts and prototypes to developers. Stay up-to-date with competitor products and industry trends to inform design strategies.
