Duration: 12 months Location: Pune, Bangalore Timings: Full Time (As per company timings) Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only) Experience: 6-7 Years Job Overview: Experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead user research, providing critical insights to shape user-centered product design. Plan, conduct, and analyze studies to understand user needs and behaviors, and communicate findings to the team. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute user research (interviews, surveys, testing, etc.). Develop research plans and recruit participants. Conduct research sessions and analyze data. Create clear research reports and presentations. Collaborate with design and product teams to apply insights. Advocate for the user. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of UX Research experience. Strong knowledge of various research methods. Proven skills in planning, conducting, and analyzing research. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively. Strong user advocacy. Portfolio or examples of research work. Qualification: Bachelor's or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment. Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
