Job Description

You are a talented and motivated UI Developer with expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. You will be a key player in the product development lifecycle, responsible for designing and building user-friendly interfaces. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web applications, collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring product visions to life, translating user stories into high-fidelity mockups using Figma, and developing clean, maintainable front-end code. You will ensure cross-browser compatibility, implement best practices for accessibility, and leverage Bootstrap theming to create brand-consistent interfaces. Your role will also involve working with backend developers to integrate front-end components with back-end services, translating stakeholder requirements into architectural solutions, delivering user experience design solutions across multiple products, conducting user research, and providing technical guidance to development teams. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Front-End Developer, expert knowledge of Figma, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), and Primefaces. You should also possess expertise in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and hands-on experience with dashboard and charting tools like Highcharts or AG Grid. Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Bootstrap theming for brands, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for user experience and design are essential.
