Designation: Trainer Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the development sector, particularly with groups and collective enterprises Qualification: Any Bachelor or equivalent Degree from recognized university Skills: Strong Oral, Written and interpersonal communication skills Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Knowledge of MIS & MS Office Willingness to travel to field locations Specialized in Skill Development / Capacity Building Profile Responsibilities: To prepare a training calendar plan and conduct Online and Offline Training whenever required. To conduct evaluation of training and to measure impact Coordinating for Training related activities with Internal and external Stakeholders Preparing Modules and related material for the training Maintain training MIS and writing a reports /case-studies of executed training in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
