As a Technical Support Specialist - Firewall at Nokia within CDO Infra Networks, you will play a crucial role in managing the IT service management for various network technologies. Your responsibilities include analyzing and resolving production network issues, providing operational shift support in the US time zone, owning incident ticket resolution, engaging with OEMs and service providers for issue resolution, performing advanced troubleshooting for complex network security issues, conducting security assessments and audits, and developing comprehensive documentation for firewall and proxy configurations. You will need to have a Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computer Science, along with 10+ years of experience in network services and management in complex environments. Your deep understanding of network technologies such as TCP/IP, VRRP, DNS, ARP, STP, and proficiency in routing protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP, and hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewall will be essential for this role. Additionally, knowledge of IPv6 WAN routing architecture, scripting and automation tools, Nokia Router product knowledge, CLI deployment skills, and expertise in handling complex routing design in a multi-vendor environment will be beneficial.
