Colonelz Constructions Pvt Ltd Designation: Design Team Lead Department: Architecture Education: Bachelor of Architect Reports To (Functionally) : Principal Designer Reports To (Administratively) : Principal Designer Immediate Level Subordinates : Proj Arch & Designers Objectives of the Job: (Summary of the position) Handle the complete Design & Execution Team. Manage the Design aspects of the Company under the Principal Designer. Ensure effective Project planning, coordination, line up, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of Architectural & Interior designing projects. Coordination with Vendors for samples and meetings. He/she shall be responsible for CRM, as also Contractor's resources to acheive desired results. Assist ProincipalHelp Head Designs wrt all aspects of the Site. Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Manage Project Management Teams and thereby the projects. Handle Quality & Design Checks and Controls and Preparation of Contracts, BOQs & estimates. Head the complete Team & be responsible for Project planning, coordination, men & material line up, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of projects. Explain designs & tie up with production and dispatch departments and Control manufacturing orders to meet time lines. Plan, indent, release orders for materials. Responsible for management of Customer and Contractor resources with responsibility for the end result. Authority Limits: To be explained & defined on job Experience : 4-6 years in Interior Design Project Management, apart from Internship. Must have handled a Team of at least 5 On site employees Must have handled projects > 2000 sft and budget of INR 50 Lakhs. Compensation: CTC INR 6 to 7 Lakh based on competency.
