As an SSE, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems that power our platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python Django and a strong understanding of databases, caching, and distributed systems. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Python Django. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize application performance and scalability by implementing caching strategies, load balancing, and distributed computing techniques. Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for data storage, retrieval, and access control. Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs and services to support seamless interactions with third-party systems. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and other system issues to improve overall system efficiency. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry-standard coding practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional growth.
