Job Description

You are a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer with specialization in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and fire systems. With a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience, you excel in the programming, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various ELV systems, such as CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address (PA) systems, Access Control, WLD, and fire alarm/suppression systems. Your primary responsibility as a Service Engineer will be to oversee and execute service and maintenance tasks on ELV and fire systems, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and regulations. This involves conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. You will also play a key role in providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Exceptional customer service skills are essential in this role as you will directly interact with clients to address their technical concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. Apart from technical expertise, you should have strong skills in managing service schedules, maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, and preparing detailed reports for both internal and client review.
