We are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and lead successful marketing automation implementations by understanding business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. Job Description We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with expertise in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and integrating Marketing Cloud with other platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Develop and manage customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows. Integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM and third-party platforms. Utilize AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations for campaign personalization and automation. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred). Expertise in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio. Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email development. Strong experience with SQL, segmentation, and data extensions. Knowledge of API integrations and CRM data synchronization.
