Job Description

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work across various departments such as Corporate Sales, Inside Sales, Project Support, Purchase & Procurement, and Technical Support. Your role will involve contributing to upcoming projects and supporting ongoing assignments. You will be expected to leverage your college education to bring in-depth subject knowledge to the table. In this position, you will shadow senior staff members, actively participate by asking questions, and provide assistance wherever necessary. Your professional demeanor and willingness to travel will be essential as you immerse yourself in the corporate environment. It is crucial to demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization while maintaining a high level of professionalism and diligence. An ideal candidate for this role should hold a degree in Diploma/BE/B.Tech. (Electrical/Electronics) with prior related experience considered a plus. Good communication skills are a must, and candidates should be based in Gurgaon or the NCR region. Proficiency in MS Office tools is required to excel in this role. The work schedule consists of day shifts, fixed shifts, and morning shifts. Candidates who are willing to commute or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana, will be preferred. If you have a year of work experience, particularly in sales, that would be advantageous. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is also preferred.
