We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our industry-leading IT training programs. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping individuals and businesses upskill through tailored IT education solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Proactively sell IT training programs to leads. Conduct cold calls and consistent follow-ups to engage leads and close sales. Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track pipeline progress, and log client interactions. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Generate new leads via digital outreach, professional networking, and referrals. Effectively communicate the value, outcomes, and benefits of training programs to potential clients. Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns, lead generation strategies, and promotional initiatives. Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all sales activities, meetings, and client feedback in the CRM system. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
