We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our engineering company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our engineering products/services to clients across various sectors. Job Title: Sales Executive Education: BE/ Diploma - Mechanical Experience: 0 - 3 Years Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the engineering/manufacturing sector. Coordination with clients to present and promote engineering products or services. Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions based on technical requirements. Prepare quotation and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate delivery of customer requirements. Provide market feedback to the internal team for product development and improvement. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) or related field. 03 years of sales experience in an engineering or industrial setting (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). Good understanding of technical products and the ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office. Goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative. Ability to work independently and in a team.
