Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for MDF boards in the assigned region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and distributors.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy credit control.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer service.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales of MDF boards, plywood, laminates, or similar building materials.

• Strong network in the Mumbai and surrounding markets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Good knowledge of local market dynamics.

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
