Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team in the power backup industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks. Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Track and monitor sales performance and targets. Prepare sales reports and presentations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of power backup products and solutions. Coordinate with the logistics team for timely shipments and deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role. Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
