Job Description
You will be responsible for conducting sales analysis of the region/territory including market evaluation, competitor analysis, and identification of key actors. Your main objectives will be achieving volume, Gross Margin, and channel targets as well as managing key sales accounts within your assigned region/territory. Additionally, you will be in charge of leading the Sales team by implementing effective sales call methods, providing training, enhancing productivity, and utilizing IT tools efficiently. Your role will also involve centralizing field information, developing and executing action plans to enhance customer business professionalism, and ensuring smooth communication flow between Goodyear staff across different levels. Monitoring and optimizing team productivity, facilitating team assessments and training, and measuring performance against set objectives will be essential components of your responsibilities. Key activities will include customer calls, negotiation/sale processes, and implementation of commercial policies. You will also focus on monitoring and optimizing team productivity, defining and tracking performance indicators, improving targeted domains, coaching team members, and fostering the exchange of best practices. Furthermore, you will be involved in optimizing IT tools used by the sales force, ensuring effective utilization of available equipment and tools, providing collective and individual coaching, verifying data reliability, and processing data from various tools. Facilitating, assessing, and training the sales team through field accompaniment, regional meetings, sales actions, work method compliance, individual objective setting, and performance evaluations will also be part of your responsibilities.
