Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. Position Title Quantity Surveyor and Billing Manager Locations Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad Experience Minimum 10 years in Corporate office Space Interior fit-out projects - QS and Billing Responsibilities Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities/costs, and variation statements Conduct detailed rate analysis and rate negotiations Manage sub-vendor/contractor billing and commercials Validate QS-related documents and certify vendors" bills Reconcile material issued and coordinate with clients for bill certification Obtain approval for extra items and submit monthly RA bills and CTC reports Qualifications Architecture/Civil/Interior or a related field Preferred Qualified from NICMAR, RICS or similar institute Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project Strong communication skills Experience working with a team Skills AutoCAD Microsoft Office Adobe Proficiency in Billing Management Analytics Good Client Coordination Effective Communication Team Management **Only Relevant Industry Candidates to Apply***,
