Responsibilities: 1. Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. 2. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases -Prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. 3. Creating/ writing functional / integration / UI test cases. 4. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. 5. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. 6. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. 7. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. 8. Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies. 9. English writing skills. 10. Gradually implement test automation fully. Requirements: 5yr 7yr Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Experience on test automation or willingness to learn test automation. Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar QA management tools.
