Key Responsibilities Were looking for a Senior Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to take ownership of design thinking and execution across a range ofindustries and digital products. This role is idealfor someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency setup and is passionate about crafting purposeful, user-centred experiences. Youll be expected to lead from the front, solving complex problems, building design systems, guiding cross-functionalteams,and consistently elevating product outcomes with both strategic thinking and pixel-perfect execution. Drive projects from discovery to delivery, handling user research, ideation, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI. Design clean, scalable, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile, balancing usability and business impact. Deliver well-structured assets, flows, and specifications for seamless handoffs to development teams. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the design lifecycle. Present work clearly and confidently, explaining design decisions through a user-first lens. Participate in workshops and design critiques, iterating based on feedback and user insights. Contribute to evolving scalable design systems and maintaining consistency across platforms. Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and usability in every project. Translate research insights into actionable design improvements that align with technicalfeasibility and business objectives. Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UIthinking, polished design execution, and real contributions to shipped digital products Expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables, libraries) with solid understanding ofresponsive and mobile-first design Familiarity with prototyping tools like Protopie, Principle, or Framer, and collaboration platforms like Notion,Jira, Zeplin, or Slack Experience designing with accessibility standards (WCAG) and modern interaction patterns in mind Confident communicator who can presentto clients, lead feedback sessions, and work well with developers Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and changing priorities effectively Its a plus to have experience with motion design, micro-interactions,front-end frameworks (like React or Flutter), design workshops, and working across diverse domains such as fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce Why Join Us At Onething, we push boundaries and redefine whats possible through design.
