Job Description
You will be joining a remote position as a Product Delivery Manager at a growing logistics company. Your role will involve implementing SaaS solutions for large enterprises, managing client expectations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. As the face of the company to C-level executives, you will be responsible for developing implementation strategies and ensuring successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to build scalable SaaS products, understanding client requirements, creating project plans, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. You will work closely with the development team, provide technical expertise, and suggest system improvements. Additionally, you will be involved in creating technical content such as blogs and system integration requirements documents. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 8 to 10 years of experience in project and delivery management for Enterprise SaaS companies. You should possess a solid technical background, hands-on experience in software development, and a deep understanding of agile SDLC. Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Occasional travel within India and internationally may be required for this position.,
