As our operations expand, we are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Manager Plant Operations to lead and optimize our manufacturing facilities in Mira Road. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence and align plant performance with the organizations strategic goals. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & Leadership Formulate and execute strategic plans for enhancing plant efficiency and profitability. Lead plant modernization and capacity expansion to meet future market demands. Ensure alignment of operational goals with company objectives. 2. Plant Operations Management Supervise daily manufacturing operations ensuring quality output and timely delivery. Optimize resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment). Establish and track KPIs to drive performance improvements. 3. Financial Oversight Prepare and manage plant budgets and monitor cost performance. Analyze operational and financial data for decision-making and process improvements. 4. Compliance & Safety Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident environment. Ensure all operations comply with environmental, regulatory, and legal requirements. 5. Team Leadership Mentor plant managers and department heads to build high-performing teams. Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Plan and implement upskilling programs for employee development. 6. Continuous Improvement Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other quality/process improvement initiatives. Drive innovation and automation for better operational output. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 20+ years in plant operations, with at least 10 years in a senior management role. Proven track record in operational leadership and plant efficiency. Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking. Excellent understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systems.
