Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure smooth store operations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee product placement and visual merchandising to maximize sales. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs and overstocking. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Control expenses and report on financial performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in retail FMCG operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills.
