Responsibilities: Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performance Node.js/Postgres backend systems, microservices, and APIs. Database Expertise: Lead database design (Postgres), complex queries, migrations, and optimization. Full-Stack Integration: Collaborate with frontend (React.js) developers on API integration and data flow. AWS Proficiency: Manage deployments, infrastructure (CI/CD, Docker), and leverage AWS services for optimal performance. Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, review code, and uphold coding standards. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot production issues, hotfixes, and provide timely solutions. Documentation & Communication: Create clear technical documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: 5+ Years Experience: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining complex Node.js applications, with 10 or more significant projects (mobile, web, RESTful APIs). Deep Postgres Knowledge: Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including migrations, joins, relations, models, and ORMs (TypeORM). AWS & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines (using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI), Docker, and infrastructure management. Full-Stack Familiarity: Working knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, and frontend technologies. Problem-Solving & Fundamentals: Strong understanding of HTTP, SMTP, HTTPS, SSL, SSH, Linux, database connections, CORS, and RESTful API design principles. Best Practices & Code Quality: Experience with code review, Git/GitHub workflows, and a focus on maintainable, well-documented code. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with GraphQL, Mixpanel, Swagger, and Postman. Understanding of Agile methodologies.,
