What Youll Be Doing Architect and build high-performance, large-scale distributed backend services that power real-time gaming experiences. Design and develop innovative, user-facing features that impact millions. Take full ownership of key platform components from concept to execution driving technical excellence and creative solutions. Continuously improve system efficiency, scalability, reliability, and security. Collaborate closely with Product and Design to bring features to life with precision and performance. Manage your own projects end-to-end, juggling priorities, deadlines, and deliverables like a pro. Mentor, inspire, and help grow the engineering team by being a role model and active contributor to our culture of excellence. What Were Looking For 4.5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, backed by a strong computer science foundation. 2+ years of expertise in real-time communication using Socket.io/WebSockets a must-have! Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and system design principles. Advanced understanding of the Node.js ecosystem, along with proficiency in TypeScript, Redis, and RPC protocols. Strong command over SQL and NoSQL databases. You get distributed systems their quirks, scale, concurrency, and how to make them bulletproof. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Bonus points if youve dabbled in other programming languages or thrived in fast-paced startup environments. Youre a clear communicator, great collaborator, and a proactive problem solver who makes things happen.,
