You will be joining Fulcrum Digital, an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company that specializes in providing digital transformation and technology services from ideation to implementation. We focus on delivering complex digital commerce ecosystems to a diverse range of industries through a collaborative work environment. As the Technical Lead, your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical aspects of a software team, conducting reverse engineering of legacy code, identifying issues, making architectural and design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, supervising system modifications, and working on both front-end and back-end development processes. You will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining fully-fledged platforms with databases or servers. Key Skills Required: - ASP .NET, .NET CORE, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, jQuery, SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure, DevOps Requirements: - Experience in team management - Hands-on experience in ASP .NET, .Net Core, Angular/React, and Azure - 8 to 12 years of technical experience with a strong understanding of .Net related technology - Deep knowledge of UI components and Angular - Proficiency in business analysis, architecture knowledge, and technical solution design - Experience in agile environments and building complex web systems - Ability to analyze legacy project code for areas of improvement - Experience in project scoping, launch, and communication with stakeholders - Exposure to mission-critical, 24x7 systems and high-performance technologies - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work independently, and troubleshoot effectively If you are a self-starter with a passion for technology and a strong background in .NET and web development, we invite you to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects.,
