Job Description:
We are seeking experienced MERN Full-Stack Developers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). You will be working closely with our client partners product and design teams to create high-quality, scalable web applications that provide a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Implement responsive web design principles to ensure applications render well on different devices.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
Perform unit testing and debugging.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ability to work with Laravel codes for improvisations/ transition to React

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks/libraries.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and deployment processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
