Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the branding and successful launch of new stores as a Senior Executive/Executive Marketing. Your role will involve executing offline marketing campaigns, particularly focusing on door-to-door marketing, and ensuring high-quality store branding. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing grand opening events for new stores. As part of your responsibilities, you will also conduct regular quality checks to maintain a consistent brand image across all stores and provide feedback for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and executing branding strategies for new stores. - Support the planning and execution of grand opening events for new stores. - Execute offline marketing campaigns such as flyers, banners, no-parking boards, and health camps. - Focus on door-to-door marketing campaigns for effective brand promotion. - Conduct quality checks to ensure high-quality store branding. - Prepare reports on marketing campaigns and store performance for business growth. - Collaborate with store managers and stakeholders to improve the performance of underperforming stores. - Ensure timely delivery and effective execution of marketing collaterals. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 2 years of experience in branding and retail marketing required. - 1 year of experience in marketing and vendor management required. - Proficiency in English preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift and morning shift, with a performance bonus provided. The work location is in person.,
