Research for the new topic for the conference Identify the quality people to become Panellist speaker Maintain the relationship with Architect, Designer, Consultant & existing brand Making new strategy & help the team to acquire new Brand. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms for all parties. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative advertising solutions. Travel new cities along with team member for ground research to do conclave. Requirements: Bachelors/Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication | MBA in Marketing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of experience preferably in print media, electronic, Digital Media Conference organiser. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of the industry and current trends. Experience in the building materials and associated industries is a plus.
