Job Description
As a Treasury Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to treasury compliance requirements, including internal controls, regulatory standards, and company policies across global jurisdictions. Your role will involve coordinating with AD bank, RBI, and other regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with FEMA regulations. You will be tasked with identifying and implementing automation opportunities within the treasury function to enhance process efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and improve data accuracy. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate all treasury-related audit processes, including statutory and internal audits, prepare required documentation, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. As a key member of the team, you will lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, focusing specifically on the Treasury function. This will involve working closely with IT teams, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. You will configure, maintain, and optimize the Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) module in SAP to support operations such as cash management, risk tracking, financial instruments, and reporting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the smooth integration of treasury systems with broader finance and enterprise systems.
