Location : Chennai (IITM) Experience : 6 10 years Notice Period : Immediate to 2 Months Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient Manager/Sr. Manager to lead a team of AI/ML engineers and drive the development of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python programming , and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) , along with hands-on experience in Scikit-learn and related tools. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and project goals. Manage end-to-end ML lifecycle data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Ensure best practices in model versioning, reproducibility, and automation. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists. Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and recommend the adoption of relevant technologies. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions. Drive technical documentation, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards. Mandatory Skills Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) Python programming Cloud platforms : AWS and/or Azure Scikit-learn and ML libraries Strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices Exposure to deploying models in production environments using Docker/Kubernetes,
