As a Social Media Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage and grow various social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook. You will be in charge of the entire Campaign lifecycle from ideation to analytics and reporting. Additionally, you will be overseeing a team and building an active and engaged online community. Your role will also involve developing high-engagement, trend-driven content and representing the brand in expert/user interviews and reels. Collaboration with brand and marketing teams will be essential, along with tracking metrics and optimizing strategies. The ideal candidate for this position should have 4-8 years of experience in social media and community management, with a background in health, wellness, or consumer brands being preferred. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and on-camera presence are required. You should also have experience in building and managing online communities, along with a good understanding of how to engage users and foster relationships. Being creative, proactive, and thriving in a fast-paced environment are key qualities we are looking for. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and there are performance bonuses available on a quarterly and yearly basis. The preferred experience for this role is 6 years in social media marketing, and the work location is in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This position requires in-person work.,
