Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nagpur, with some remote work permitted, for a Sr. Manager, Sales Recruitment. The Sr. Manager will oversee the recruitment strategy, manage the recruitment process, and ensure that the sales team of the company as well as our clients in Sales Advisory Services is staffed with highly competent professionals. The role involves conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, coordinating with different departments, and leveraging analytical insights to improve hiring practices. The recruiter should have an experience of hiring sales resources in the past. Qualifications BBA / MBA - HR (Open for non Management qualified candidates as well) Exposure of recruiting sales resource in the past is a pre requisite Capability to understand clients requirements for manpower in sales Job Description: Conduct need analysis of clients for their requirement of sales resource Hunt for relevant profiles and shortlist them for final interview Onboard selected candidates with their respective employers Stay in touch with onboarded employees to ensure longevity and loyalty Skilling of onboarded employees as and when the need by through relevant faculty KRA and KPI : TAT (Turnaround Time) compliance for all recruitments Seamless onboarding of selected candidates Longevity of selected candidate by minimising attrition,
