Job Description Job Description: The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Call Quality Management within a contact center or BPO environment. Professionals with blended exposure to Quality, Operations, and Training are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities We are seeking an accomplished and driven Sr. Manager Quality with a minimum of 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
