Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project progress to ensure timely delivery, managing project cash flow, and coordinating with contractors of various specializations. You will be expected to ensure compliance with quality specifications and ISO procedures, as well as prioritize safety in all project activities. In your role, you will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, contractors, vendors, and supervisors. This includes managing project schedules, tracking progress, and approving catch-up plans when necessary. You will also be in charge of controlling project variations, ensuring approvals are obtained, and managing critical activities to prevent delays without incurring additional costs. Furthermore, you will be accountable for justifying and approving project variations. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a preference for a post-graduate qualification in Infrastructure or Project Management. Ideal candidates will have 15-20 years of experience in finishes, commercial, building, or infrastructure works, with exposure to all aspects of project management.,
