Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or IHM/BHM years of experience in operations management, preferably within the gaming & entertainment industry/Hospitality Industry Proven track record of leading successful operational teams and initiatives. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.,
