Job Description

Purpose of the position/Job Description Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events and product launches to create buzz and generate excitement within the target market. Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to create compelling content, campaigns that align with brand values and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities Maintain and refine the brand voice, ensuring all messaging aligns with the brand ethos. Develop strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Identify partnerships and collaborations that align with the brands identity. Oversee digital platforms, including the website, newsletter and social media. Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to craft content. Curate and promote exclusive, high-profile events that appeal to members tastes. Develop activities to engage current members and attract prospective ones. Cultivate relationships with luxury media, influencers and key industry figures. Manage press releases and communications to ensure brand consistency and discretion. Monitors and evaluates ROI to make sure marketing initiatives are having a beneficial financial effect. Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives incorporating the 4E's of luxury marketing (emotions, exclusivity, experience, and extension) to create appeal amongst the target audience Attributes of the position / Scope Experience in luxury marketing (this is a must!). Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and high-net-worth audience engagement. Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling, refined narratives. Experience managing exclusive events, partnerships, and PR within a luxury context. Highly motivated marketer and digital native. Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit. Passionate about content creation and community building. Strategic thinker who is commercially minded. Confident with a strong ability to build relationships. 6-10 years experience in marketing roles within the luxury environment. Excellent communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and written. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic graphic design and adobe skills are recommended Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement.
