Job Description / Responsibilities- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. (Internal Auditor and External Auditor) Quarterly, half-yearly, and annually). Vendor Management of Off role Employees (Support and Business) and monthly check and verify all the bills, and compliance as per Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 Actively Coordinate with the Medical Insurance SPOC for timely addition and deletion of Employee record & clearance of medical claim of employees. Prepare quarter/annual vigilance report. Job specific skills- Ability to establish effective relationship with relevant stakeholders in the organization. Personal Drive and Coping with Pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. MS Office &G Suite. Must be good in computation (numbers). Proficient with HRMS applications. Base Location: Gurgaon & South Delhi preferably.
