Job Description Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Spearhead HR operations across North & West India. Understand & articulate our value proposition in terms of compensation, wealth creation, learning & growth for different employee segments across different regions. Employer Branding: Develop our employer brand through social media content & initiatives, making us a preferred choice for the right talent in the region. Talent Acquisition: Develop & execute the recruitment plan for field sales & for key roles at HO, ensuring we attract (& retain) the right talent. Employee Retention & Wellness: Design & implement initiatives to boost employee retention, wellness, & morale, ensuring a motivated & engaged workforce. Career Progression & Development: Craft & execute career progression plans that foster employee growth & align with our business objectives.
