You will also be expected to organize and maintain all company documentation, ensuring efficient filing and retrieval of information. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will handle inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide exceptional customer service. As a founding team member, you will be the first official employee and will contribute to the overall growth and development of the company. You will lead the recruitment process for new hires, manage onboarding procedures, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees. In addition, you will provide administrative support and coordination across all departments within the company. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
