Highly motivated and experienced sales professional up to 6-10 years of experience to join our Services Sales team as Sr. Manager Business Development, Secure Power Services (Cooling Products Specialist) based out of Mumbai/Pune location. This position reports to head of Business Development - FS, Greater India zone. The candidate must have high level knowledge on technical aspect on Cooling Products of Schneider like Precision Air Cooling (PAC) brand Like Uniflair or equivalent and overall electrical system and services solutions preferably on modernization, spare parts, recurring services, consulting, retrofit solution etc. Essential Duties & Responsibilities o Plan the deployment of consultative selling strategy in various segment specific in line with global strategy. o Identifying the customer actual need & promote the solution accordingly. o Support sales team across country / regions / zone, setting up customer training, technical presentation etc. o Selection the type of solution offers to be proposed based on business nature of customer on specific segment approach. Market awareness (competitor landscape, offer, trends, price etc.) o Identifying the offer fit to specific Strategic Customer Segments and analyze business potential. o All tracking opportunities through bFO o The position will lead the cooling product portfolio like Uniflair/Chillars etc. of Schneider Main interactions: Internal: OSSR / ISSR Sales Team, Tendering, Consulting & Digital Services. External: EU Customers Education and Skills: Min 6-10 years work experience, as explained above Excellent verbal and written communication skills Matrix management and collaboration skills Capabilities to influence, convince inside/outside Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with customers. Thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of the product.
