Job Description

Responsibilities: - Supervise daily billing operations to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. - Provide guidance and assistance to the billing team in resolving complex billing issues. - Review and authorize billing adjustments and corrections. - Collaborate with internal departments to streamline billing processes. - Monitor and uphold compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Train and mentor billing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The candidate should be willing to commute or relocate to Derabassi, Mohali, Punjab.
