Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Java Backend Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services and APIs that power our applications. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design robust solutions, and deliver quality code. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and backend services. Build RESTful APIs and ensure optimal performance and scalability. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality. Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code coverage. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in backend development and Java ecosystem. Required Skills and Qualifications: 58 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development. Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA. Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture. Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Good understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ.
