Job Description

As an HR Executive with 3 years+ of experience, you will be responsible for End to End IT Recruitment. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screening resumes, conducting in-person and phone interviews with candidates, administering company assessments, and performing reference and background checks. You will play a crucial role in making recommendations to company hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and following up on the interview process status. Maintaining relationships with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved is an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process, staying updated on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and employment laws. Serving as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations will be part of your duties. You will also be required to complete timely reports on employment activity, conduct exit interviews for terminating employees, and handle salary negotiation and offer letter preparation. Your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of the recruitment process and contributing to the overall success of the organization.,
