The skills that we are looking for are - Excellent communication (non-negotiable) - Experience in IT industry in a service-based organization - Experience in managing various HR operations of a generalist - Work towards developing a strong energetic culture - Should be very creative in approach and come up with out-of-the-box solutions - Have an authoritative personality - Should have atleast 4 years of experience in HR role - Should have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities - Should have good convincing and negotiation skills - Little experience in recruitment would help - Should have an eye for detailing and have aspiration towards perfection Responsibilities - Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. - Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. - Recommend strategies to motivate employees. - Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts. - Investigate grievances brought forward by employees. - Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. - Perform orientations and update records of new staff. - Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports. - Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. - Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
