Role Description This is a full-time, on-site leadership position for a Senior International Business Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves developing and executing international business strategies, managing global distribution networks, building and nurturing relationships with key partners, managing the International business team and overseeing international sales and marketing initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in international business development, global sales, and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to travel internationally as required Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Experience in Endo surgical division is plus. Knowledge of medical device regulations and international market trends Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field,
