Job Title: Senior Human Resources (HR) Executive Salary Range: 35,000 - 40,000 per month Location: Modi Tower, Nehru Enclave,New Delhi -110019 Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage all human resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively. Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs. Assist in compensation and benefits management. Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance productivity and engagement. Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation in an organized manner. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a senior position. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
